Every bracelet is carefully made by hand in our studio using high-quality, durable elastic cord, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

While made to withstand regular wear, elastic is a flexible material and may break over time. 

12 Month Restringing Guarantee

If the elastic cord of your Astri bracelet breaks during normal use within 12 months from the original date of purchase on our website, we will restring it for you free of charge.

Please email hi@astrijewelry.com with your order number or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged bracelet to initiate the repair process. 

The guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by improper use.

Restringing Service

With proper care, your Astri bracelets can be enjoyed for a long time and when the time comes, we are happy to restring it for you.

This is a service offered only for Astri bracelets. We do not repair bracelets purchased from other brands. 

A restringing costs 100 SEK, including return shipping to you. 

This is a service only and no kit or packaging are provided by us to send your bracelet to our studio.

The service includes restringing of the original gemstones, pearls and metal components returned to us. If you are missing stones or accents and would like them replaced, please contact us first at hi@astrijewelry.com. We will reply with further instructions.

Repairs are normally completed within 1–2 weeks from the date we receive your bracelet.
