How do I know what bracelet size to order?
Each product page includes sizing information to help you find the right fit.

Can I request a custom size?
Our bracelets are handmade to order and can be made in any size for a perfect fit. Simply select your preferred size when placing your order.

Materials & Care
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Astri jewelry is crafted in precious metals, 18k gold-plated sterling silver, natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. Materials may vary between designs and are always specified on each product page.
How should I care for my Astri jewelry?
To keep your Astri jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and other chemicals. Put your jewelry on last when getting ready and remove it before showering, swimming or exercising.
When not worn, store each piece separately in a the Astri box to protect it from scratches. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
How should I care for my stretch bracelet?
Astri stretch bracelets are handmade using high-quality, durable elastic cord. Gently roll the bracelet over your hand when putting it on and taking it off rather than pulling or stretching it excessively.
Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most Astri piece is handmade to order in our studio in Sweden. We aim to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery within Sweden normally takes 1–2 business days. International delivery times vary depending on destination.

Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout.
Customer service & Returns
How do I return my order?
We accept returns within within 14 days from the date you received your parcel, on unworn items in original packaging. Contact us at hi@astrijewelry.com to initiate a return.
Note that Astri Jewelry is not responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.We can not accept returns or exchanges for items bought at other stores.
