Your jewelry are made upon your order and are typically processed and sent out within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days, provided items are unworn and in their original condition. Full details are outlined in our returns policy.
Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend storing your pieces in a dry place and avoiding direct contact with water, direct sunlight, fragrance, or chemicals to preserve their finish.
Gemstones have different levels of hardness and can easily scratch or knock each other if stored together. Store your jewelry in the ASTRI jewelry box provided with every purchase.
Wear & Longevity
Can I wear this every day?
Our pieces are designed for regular wear. With thoughtful care, they will maintain their finish and character over time.
Many soaps, cosmetics, perfumes can dull and/or cause damage and should be avoided. Long term exposure to natural skin oils can also dull pieces, which we recommend removing jewelry over night. If your jewels do come in contact with any chemicals, use a dry soft tissue or towel to gently pat them dry.

Our fine stones and pearls are responsibly sourced through trusted partners, selected for exceptional quality and sustainability. All colors featured on our jewelry are natural : we do not use any imitation pearls or stones.

All our pieces are designed and handmade to order in Åsa , Sweden. Each setting is finished by hand to refine every detail, ensuring secure placement, balanced proportions, and a polished final look.
